Why the hell does success feel so hard?
2
:And how to make it automatic.
3
:So you see those women online who
just make it look so easy and their
4
:launches just sell out without them
grinding 24 7 and their clients are all
5
:painful, no hesitation, no objections.
6
:I'm in, send me the link.
7
:Their success just happens like magic.
8
:And then there's you, that's busting
your ass and doing all the right
9
:things but still feeling like
every single step forward requires
10
:blood, sweat, and a motivational
TED talk just to keep you going.
11
:Something is off, if that's how you feel.
12
:And I know because I've been there.
13
:I've spent years stuck in the hustle
harder loop, thinking that if I just
14
:worked more, if I just strategized better,
if I just perfected every little thing,
15
:that the results would finally flow.
16
:But it was like the harder that I worked,
the more I felt like I was running on a
17
:treadmill, just exhausted, overthinking.
18
:Feeling like I was never quite there yet.
19
:And then, I learned the brutal
truth is that success is not
20
:supposed to feel like a fight.
21
:And if it does, your
subconscious is blocking you.
22
:Your nervous system is literally
programmed to resist ease.
23
:To resist more money,
more wealth, overflow.
24
:Because somewhere along the way,
you were conditioned to believe that
25
:if it's not hard, it's not real.
26
:Let me know if that resonates for you.
27
:And I talked about this a little bit in
the previous episode about my own beliefs
28
:and how those were instilled in me.
29
:So if you didn't listen to
that, go back to that one.
30
:Today, we're going to be rewiring
that because by the end of this
31
:episode, you will no longer
tolerate the struggle anymore.
32
:And I'm going to show you exactly how
to shift into that version of you where
33
:success just starts to flow automatically.
34
:And then reminder somewhere inside
the series, I'm dropping that offer.
35
:It's worth its weight in gold Why does
success still feel like a struggle?
36
:Okay, here's the deal.
37
:You've done the work.
38
:You've learned the strategy.
39
:You've taken the action.
40
:So why does it feel like
you are climbing uphill?
41
:And I'm going to continue
to reiterate this because we
42
:really got to lock this in.
43
:Your subconscious still
thinks struggle equals safety.
44
:So if you've ever felt like you hit
a big milestone in your business, but
45
:then you panic about maintaining it,
like, how am I going to do this again?
46
:Maybe this was just a fluke.
47
:Or you finally get that big cash month
and then you weirdly self sabotage.
48
:Or you work your ass off,
but it just really, it just
49
:never feels like it's enough.
50
:This is not normal.
51
:This is your subconscious
resistance in action.
52
:Your brain is designed to repeat
what feels safe, not what you want.
53
:if struggle has been your normal,
Success will feel like a threat.
54
:And unless we rewire this pattern,
we're always going to find a way to
55
:make things harder than they need to be.
56
:So back years years
ago, I had this moment.
57
:I was years into my business
where I realized that I was
58
:actually choosing to struggle.
59
:I was addicted to effort, addicted to
feeling busy, addicted to proving myself
60
:because deep down I believed that if
success came easy, I didn't deserve it.
61
:I've done a lot of work around this, by
the way, A lot of shadow work, a lot of
62
:work with past relationships of worthiness
and deservingness and all of the things.
63
:So I would create struggle where
there didn't need to be any.
64
:I would overcomplicate simple decisions.
65
:I would make things harder
than they needed to be.
66
:And I'd watch other people who
were making millions with half the
67
:effort and thinking they were What
do they have that I do not have?
68
:I'm literally doing
everything I'm doing the most.
69
:It was not strategy.
70
:It wasn't talent.
71
:It was a subconscious rewiring thing.
72
:And once I learned how to reprogram
my subconscious, everything shifted.
73
:And this is where my subconscious
sync method has come into place.
74
:I don't know if I've talked about
this yet, but you're gonna get it.
75
:You're gonna get the the 411 on this.
76
:Back in 2015, I started my business.
77
:So that's 10 years ago.
78
:I think it was like October 2015.
79
:And I learned very quickly that
mindset is the main thing that
80
:we need to be focusing on here.
81
:But, being the stubborn Scorpio that I
am, I like to struggle, I like to make
82
:things hard, but in the beginning, I
learned very quickly how important it is,
83
:and so I invested in all the things, I
did all the things, like the journaling
84
:and the vision boards and the EFT,
so EFT is one of the main modalities
85
:that I use and what I attribute to it.
86
:Most of my success to and we go
very deep within this inside of the
87
:program, but I learned EFT back in
:
88
:we continue with this great story.
89
:Actually, I love this story.
90
:So I went to a.
91
:Bootcamp, a bootcamp that I did,
could not afford at the time.
92
:I hired this coach.
93
:Her name was Molly.
94
:She worked with high level
business owners, female
95
:business owners back in the day.
96
:And her modality was EFT and
subconscious reprogramming.
97
:And I went to this bootcamp, couldn't
afford it, put it on a credit card
98
:and showed up in Austin, Texas
to this bootcamp of other women.
99
:women that were so successful doing
millions and some business owners
100
:that are still in, in business today,
which is really awesome to see.
101
:And I felt so out of my league there.
102
:I felt so out of place,
but I was like, I'm here.
103
:I know it's important to do this stuff.
104
:I know it's important to really make
this a focus because I know that
105
:this is going to move the needle.
106
:That weekend was my birthday weekend.
107
:I was turning 29, and I was
struggling in my business.
108
:I was not making money.
109
:It didn't, I was doing,
I was not doing well.
110
:I think I was like delivering groceries
with I think it's called shipped.
111
:That was like a new thing at the time.
112
:And I was just doing odd jobs and
things like that to make sure I paid the
113
:bills and I had a mortgage at the time
in San Antonio where I was living and
114
:things were just not well financially.
115
:I was doing all of the things, like
I was actually taking the actions and
116
:I was making it all happen, but for
whatever reason, it just, it wasn't.
117
:It wasn't moving the needle.
118
:It wasn't making any money.
119
:so during that weekend, we had to
stand up and say our ideal day.
120
:We had to say it as if it Was happening
like it was normal and I remember sitting
121
:there being the very introverted Scorpio
that I am Don't like to share too much Not
122
:very much an open book But I'm listening
to all of their stories and all of their
123
:ideal days and I'm like, oh my god mine
sounds crazy Mine is so different from
124
:all of theirs But I decided I paid two
grand, I think, to be there, and I'm
125
:gonna play full out, and I'm just gonna,
I'm just gonna stand up and say it.
126
:And so I'm counting down until
it's my turn, and I stand up and
127
:I say, I am waking up in the most
beautiful places in the world.
128
:I'm traveling with my son.
129
:He is with me on, in my travels.
130
:We were traveling the world.
131
:We're waking up in beautiful places.
132
:At the time I was vegan for many years
and I said we eat delicious vegan
133
:meals that are prepared for us daily.
134
:And we are drinking green juices,
and I'm working online, and I'm
135
:making money online, working with
people all over the world, and I'm
136
:just totally living in my purpose.
137
:Something along those lines, okay?
138
:At the time, there was,
I was nowhere near that.
139
:That wasn't even a question.
140
:It wasn't even a thought.
141
:It wasn't even part of the, it
wasn't even part of the discussion.
142
:Okay?
143
:I was struggling.
144
:I was living paycheck to paycheck,
which at the time I was running a
145
:business, so it was like client to
client and it was very feast famine
146
:type of situation, more so famine.
147
:That was my 29th birthday weekend.
148
:My 30th birthday, I had just moved to
Peru, and I'm celebrating my birthday
149
:in the Sacred Valley of Peru, where
we were living, and I was not shortly
150
:after that opened a vegan restaurant
because there was nowhere to eat
151
:that had delicious vegan meals.
152
:And so I was having vegan meals
prepared for me and drinking green
153
:juices and waking up in the mountains
of Peru in the Sacred Valley.
154
:And I was At the time, launching
group programs for business and
155
:making money online and running the
vegan restaurant, which was insane.
156
:That was one year apart,
literally one year apart.
157
:So when I'm talking about quantum
leaps, I know a thing or two
158
:about what I'm talking about.
159
:And this is just one of those
quantum leaps that I've created.
160
:And so when I look back at When I zoom out
on my business journey, my life journey,
161
:I can see that there are some patterns.
162
:There are some specific things that
I did around those quantum leaps.
163
:So when I zoomed out, I was
like, okay, what were the
164
:things that moved the needle?
165
:What were the things that worked?
166
:What were the things that
got me to that next level?
167
:I pulled those things out And I
created My Subconscious Sync Method,
168
:which is the foundation of what we
do inside of Quantum Leap Launchpad.
169
:My Subconscious Sync Method is what
I have tested over the last decade.
170
:Me being in this space, me being in
business, and it's even before that
171
:because some of the things that I have
learned when it comes to manifestation
172
:and things like that, I've been
doing since I was a little girl, I
173
:just didn't know that's what it was.
174
:So I've taken all of the things that I've
learned and the tens of over six figures
175
:of what I've invested in learning not
only business stuff, but mindset stuff.
176
:I've hired coaches, gone on
retreats, taken all of the online
177
:courses, and masterminds, and
memberships, and programs, and read
178
:all the books, and all the things.
179
:And I have condensed what has
worked for me specifically.
180
:What are the actual tools and actions
that I took, not just let's be in the
181
:vibe and meditate for five hours a
day and law of attraction, the secret.
182
:Hopefully, things just,
fall into our laps.
183
:No, we're actually using neuroscience.
184
:And I have taken those pieces, those
specific things, created my own method.
185
:And this method is what we
teach, what I go into inside
186
:of the Quantum Leap Launchpad.
187
:It's just like the basis, the
foundation, the structure of what we do.
188
:Because if we do not rewire or
rewrite these subconscious blocks.
189
:We are going to continue, keep running
the same damn struggle cycle, no matter
190
:how much strategy you learn, no matter how
much conscious goal setting that you do.
191
:If you have a vision board, if you are
journaling, if you're doing the kind
192
:of what I call like traditional surface
level mindset work, we gotta go deeper.
193
:Because if your subconscious doesn't
fully believe, isn't on the same page,
194
:is not synced with your conscious goals,
you're going to be in opposition for
195
:as long as you continue to operate.
196
:And so that's what this
subconscious sync method is.
197
:We are syncing our subconscious.
198
:With our conscious so that our goals and
our body and our brain and our mind and
199
:everything, we're all on the same page.
200
:We're all synced up.
201
:We're talking the same language, we're
on the same page, and we're moving
202
:towards where we wanna go in a way
that we collapse time and we create
203
:the quantum leaps using neuroscience.
204
:Back to what I was talking about.
205
:Okay.
206
:Once I learned how to reprogram my
subconscious, everything shifted.
207
:My income started blowing up.
208
:I stopped feeling like I had to earn
every dollar with sweat and tears and
209
:things just started to feel automatic.
210
:Of course this is working.
211
:Of course I'm making more.
212
:Of course this is happening for me.
213
:And again, this is what, this
is the work that we do inside
214
:of Quantum Leap Launchpad.
215
:Your brain follows
identity, not intention.
216
:Okay?
217
:That's why you can set all
of the goals in the world.
218
:But if your subconscious identity
still believes that I have to hustle
219
:to succeed, making money is hard, if it
comes easy, I must be missing something.
220
:Then guess what, your
brain will create struggle.
221
:It will intentionally create
that struggle just to keep you
222
:in alignment with those beliefs.
223
:And so this is why some business owners
quantum leap while others stay stuck.
224
:Because they don't just
change their mindset.
225
:They don't just do more strategy.
226
:They become the version of themselves
who expects that next level of success.
227
:So let's make this a little bit more real.
228
:Okay.
229
:Right now, I want you to pause and
just ask yourself, where am I making
230
:things harder than they need to be?
231
:Maybe it's in your sales maybe you're
over explaining, you're over thinking,
232
:you're over justifying your offers.
233
:Maybe it's in your pricing,
lowering it because you're scared
234
:of charging too much or nobody's
gonna buy at that next level rate.
235
:Maybe it's in your launches, maybe you're
just doing too much and burning out.
236
:Success isn't hard, you're
just trained to believe it is.
237
:And so let's rewire that, right?
238
:Can we just stop making it so hard?
239
:Stop overcomplicating
things, stop overthinking.
240
:First thing that we need to do
is we need to identify where
241
:you are creating struggle.
242
:So what's one area of your business where
you feel like you're constantly pushing?
243
:What's one area where it's just like
it just, you get that pit in your
244
:stomach oh, I just have to be so hard.
245
:Then we need to interrupt that pattern.
246
:So once you have that area, ask yourself,
what would this look like if it were easy?
247
:What would it look like if it were easy?
248
:Your brain is going to fight you.
249
:Your brain is going to be like,
what do you mean if it was easy?
250
:It can't be easy.
251
:It's hard.
252
:Ignore that.
253
:Then we need to anchor the new identity.
254
:So I want you to say this out loud.
255
:I don't chase success.
256
:It comes to me easily.
257
:I hope you're saying this.
258
:Money is not hard to make.
259
:It flows to me naturally.
260
:I am someone who scales effortlessly.
261
:And I want you to repeat this
every single time that you
262
:catch yourself overcomplicating,
overthinking, or just like making
263
:things harder than they need to be.
264
:And if you feel any resistance to
this, As you say these things out
265
:loud, if you feel any resistance in
your body, any part of your brain
266
:that's yeah, that's full of shit.
267
:No, that's not, it does not come easily.
268
:It does not flow naturally.
269
:It does not happen effortlessly.
270
:You need to come inside of
Quantum Leap Launchpad, okay?
271
:Because we take this deeper.
272
:We hardwire your subconscious for
success so that you never, ever have
273
:to force your way to results again.
274
:And I know that this sounds probably a
little fluffy and a little bit out there,
275
:but the women who have gone through the
program, and I'm gonna share some of
276
:their testimonials in the next episode,
but Things become easy, things become
277
:effortless, things become automatic,
things start happening on autopilot.
278
:Growth becomes something that feels good
and is not something that's scary or that
279
:feels oh my god, I have to overthink this,
I'm hesitating, I'm delaying decisions.
280
:It gets you out of your
head and into action.
281
:into profitable action because
we don't just want to be
282
:making any kind of actions.
283
:We want to be doing things that are
going to move the needle and create
284
:10x results in our businesses.
285
:You're paying attention, right?
286
:Stick with me.
287
:We have a lot more to come in this
series and, of course, that secret, super
288
:secret bonus that will be coming soon.
289
:Not sure where I'm going to
put that, but it's coming.
290
:If you're still hesitating, second
guessing, waiting for permission,
291
:That's about to end because in the
next episode, I'm going to be showing
292
:you how to move like a high income
CEO so that success starts chasing
293
:you and not the other way around.
294
:I'll see you in the next one.
