Why you are working harder than

ever but still not getting ahead

2

:

and how to rewire that now.

3

:

So the hardest working people are not the

wealthiest and that should piss you off.

4

:

Let's be real, you're out here doing

everything right, you're showing

5

:

up, you're putting in the work,

you're investing in the programs,

6

:

you've built the offers, you've

even done the damn mindset work.

7

:

I know you have.

8

:

And yet, your income

still feels inconsistent.

9

:

You just can't seem to break through the

plateau that you've created for yourself.

10

:

You're probably feeling exhausted,

and it might feel like you

11

:

have nothing to show for it.

12

:

Meanwhile, on these internet streets,

there are business owners who are

13

:

making insane amounts of money

while seemingly doing the least.

14

:

And you're sitting here like, WTF?

15

:

What am I missing?

16

:

What is, where is this missing piece?

17

:

What is the missing thing that

all of these business owners

18

:

seem to have and I don't have?

19

:

Here's the truth.

20

:

It's not about doing more.

21

:

It's about rewiring your

brain to execute differently.

22

:

Because here's what's happening right now.

23

:

Your brain is running an outdated program.

24

:

A program that tells you

that effort equals income.

25

:

and until we rewrite that code of

the outdated system or program, until

26

:

we update that software, You will

keep working harder for the money

27

:

that never quite seems to stay.

28

:

And today I'm going to show you in

this episode exactly why you feel stuck

29

:

in busy mode instead of cash mode.

30

:

And not only that, I'm not just going

to give you the why about it, I'm going

31

:

to show you how to fix it instantly.

32

:

And remember, somewhere inside

of this series, I'm dropping an

33

:

exclusive, unannounced offer.

34

:

It's completely free, by the way.

35

:

I'm not charging anything for this.

36

:

You're going to get free access,

but you got to listen to catch it.

37

:

Okay, let's get into it.

38

:

how I was hardwired to work

hard and why it kept me stuck.

39

:

So I want to start with a personal

story here on the programming

40

:

that made hard work my default.

41

:

So I was raised to believe

that success comes from effort.

42

:

That the harder that you work,

the more that you will make.

43

:

And that, if you just keep pushing,

eventually the money will come.

44

:

You see, my mom, she is a hard

ass, she's one of those hard ass

45

:

moms and I love her for that.

46

:

But she made it very clear, you're a girl,

so you're automatically going to have

47

:

to work harder than the men because the

men make more money than you're a girl.

48

:

So, automatically, you're stuck there.

49

:

You're also a minority, so you're

going to have to prove yourself.

50

:

I'm Mexican.

51

:

That really has never felt like

something that has held me back, but

52

:

it was something that was hardwired,

ingrained at a very young age.

53

:

You are a minority, so the odds are

already against you, and you're a girl.

54

:

She always told me, do not rely on a man.

55

:

Have your own bank, your

own money, your own thing.

56

:

Be independent.

57

:

And for a long time,

that programming worked.

58

:

It built an insane work ethic in me.

59

:

Another part of this is my dad.

60

:

So he is a doctor.

61

:

His dad's a doctor too.

62

:

And I watched them grind non stop.

63

:

I still watch my dad grind non stop.

64

:

I mean, he is.

65

:

everywhere.

66

:

So he has his own urgent care

clinic, he has a med spa.

67

:

He also works at the local hospitals,

so he does 24 hour ER shifts, he's an ER

68

:

doctor, um, he's the head of the ER, he's

like, chief of staff, he's the medical

69

:

director at multiple nursing homes, and

he He is running multiple businesses.

70

:

He is on call all of the time, like, 24

7, always on call, always on his phone.

71

:

Back when we were kids,

he always had a beeper.

72

:

I don't know if anybody remembers

beepers, but he would always

73

:

have his beeper going off.

74

:

He is just everywhere.

75

:

Currently, my grandfather is in hospice

right now and I didn't even know that he

76

:

is the doctor in charge of his hospice.

77

:

So my dad is one of the hardest And

that is what I have grown up to witness.

78

:

And without even realizing it, I

adopted the belief that success

79

:

equals being constantly on.

80

:

Constantly on call.

81

:

That in order to be successful, I had

to be willing to outwork everyone else.

82

:

And at first, that belief did work for me.

83

:

It really did because I've,

I am a very hard worker.

84

:

I'm very ambitious.

85

:

I'm very driven.

86

:

A lot of intrinsic motivation.

87

:

I'm the firstborn daughter.

88

:

So I feel like all of the

firstborn daughters that I

89

:

know are very hardworking.

90

:

They're type A, they're ambitious.

91

:

They know how to, they know how to work.

92

:

And I built my business through Hustle.

93

:

I have done all of the things, right?

94

:

I've run launches, I've taken calls at all

hours, I've been in this for a long time.

95

:

I've had clients here

and in other countries.

96

:

At one point I was running

full scale launches.

97

:

I had a, an agency model

where I was running.

98

:

multiple six figure launches for

clients where we were doing copy,

99

:

funnel building, strategy, project

management, all of the things.

100

:

And I had a client in Australia

where I would be running her launches

101

:

and these were multiple six figure

launches, like her ad spend alone.

102

:

was six figures.

103

:

So, I'm running her launches, managing

her team, doing all the things, and at

104

:

the same time I had clients in the United

States that I was working with as well.

105

:

So, it was like 24 7.

106

:

And, yet, my income, it

was it was inconsistent.

107

:

It was like kind of all over the place.

108

:

I was making good money.

109

:

Not gonna say that I wasn't.

110

:

But my energy was drained and I was

spinning my wheels and I was throwing

111

:

everything at the wall and like

wondering why, why was this so hard?

112

:

And it was because I was confusing

effort with effectiveness.

113

:

I was doing more, but I wasn't

moving the needle in the way that I

114

:

wanted to because I was tied to it.

115

:

I had to be the one to show up.

116

:

And I realized that hard work

does not guarantee wealth.

117

:

It guarantees exhaustion, it guarantees

burnout, it guarantees you staying

118

:

in the cycle of making just enough

or being capped at a certain amount.

119

:

And the worst part is that that

cycle followed me even when

120

:

I started making good money.

121

:

So, if you do not shift the way that

your brain processes work, you will

122

:

never stop trading time for money.

123

:

and that is what we are rewiring today.

124

:

So let's talk a little bit about

the neuroscience behind this because

125

:

I love a good neuroscience moment.

126

:

Your subconscious is not wired for wealth.

127

:

It is wired for effort.

128

:

Every time that you work harder,

your brain releases dopamine.

129

:

And that dopamine makes

you feel productive.

130

:

But, feeling productive does

not equal making more money.

131

:

So, I don't know about you,

but I love a good to do list.

132

:

I personally like to write things down.

133

:

I have a journal sitting next to me and

I have all my to dos and I just like to

134

:

physically write things out and I like

to also physically cross things off.

135

:

If you're like me, you know that

that releases a dopamine effect.

136

:

But like I said The dopamine makes you

feel productive, but feeling productive

137

:

does not always equal making more money.

138

:

So why is this a problem?

139

:

This is why you can spend all day in the

weeds, doing busy work, answering emails,

140

:

creating content, engaging online, and

still have no new Stripe notifications.

141

:

Your brain is rewarding

effort, not results.

142

:

So you feel like you're moving

forward, you feel like you're

143

:

productive and busy, even when

you're just spinning your wheels.

144

:

And so until you train your subconscious

to prioritize results over busyness, you

145

:

will keep mistaking effort for success.

146

:

The good news here is that

inside Quantum Leap Launchpad,

147

:

this is exactly what we rewire.

148

:

So, let's talk a little bit

about how we can do this here

149

:

very quickly in this episode.

150

:

So you're about to feel your first real

shift away from effort into results.

151

:

First thing I want you to do, I

want you to think about the last

152

:

time that you worked your ass off.

153

:

But you still did not

see a big payoff from it.

154

:

Like, you put so much into it, and

it was like, where are the results?

155

:

I want you to ask yourself, was

I actually moving my business

156

:

forward, or was I just staying busy?

157

:

Really ask yourself.

158

:

Was I moving the needle, or was

I just, you know, staying busy?

159

:

I was just like, doing things just

to do things, to feel productive.

160

:

because I'm hardwired to think that,

well, if I stay busy, if I have a

161

:

long to do list, that will of course

mean that I'm making progress.

162

:

Did it actually make progress?

163

:

And I want you to just say this out loud.

164

:

I move with impact.

165

:

More effort is not more success.

166

:

Say that.

167

:

I move with impact.

168

:

More effort is not more success.

169

:

And tell me, did that feel uncomfortable?

170

:

Did you feel resistance?

171

:

If it felt uncomfortable,

that is your subconscious

172

:

fighting for its old identity.

173

:

Because that's the default setting.

174

:

Your default is your current identity,

and if your current identity is not

175

:

in alignment with the next level

identity, the next version of you that

176

:

we are trying to quantum leap into,

that we are trying to step into, your

177

:

subconscious is going to fight it.

178

:

And inside of Quantum Leap Launchpad,

We don't just break that pattern.

179

:

We rewire you for effortless execution

so that you feel safe, you feel good,

180

:

you feel in alignment with making the

decisions and doing the work that's

181

:

actually going to move the needle.

182

:

Side note, if you have not read the

book 10x is easier than 2x, definitely

183

:

pick that up because we actually pull

principles from that book in inside of

184

:

the program because it's not just about

taking action and moving the needle

185

:

but moving the needle in a way that 10x

is your business because you can move

186

:

the needle 2x you can make incremental

growth happen in your business but

187

:

that's not what is going to create

the quantum leap so we need to remove

188

:

this idea that In order to get results

in our business, we just got to stay

189

:

busy and productive, but it's about

finding the way to 10x instead of 2x.

190

:

If you take one thing from

this episode, let it be this.

191

:

From now on, you work less.

192

:

but you execute at a higher level.

193

:

I want you to audit for

the next seven days, okay?

194

:

And do this.

195

:

Please do this.

196

:

Please do not just take this and

like, yeah, I'll do it later.

197

:

Actually do it.

198

:

it will move the needle for you.

199

:

I want you to audit for the last seven

days, every task, every meeting, every

200

:

action that you took in your business.

201

:

And then I want you to highlight

the money making moves.

202

:

What actually brought in money?

203

:

Not engagement, not brand awareness,

actual dollars into your business.

204

:

What actually moved the needle?

205

:

And then I want you to cut

or delegate everything else.

206

:

If it did not move the needle, it is

not necessary, or it's not your job.

207

:

Because the most successful

entrepreneurs do less.

208

:

They execute at a high level.

209

:

They're not busy in the weeds of doing

everything and wearing all of the hats.

210

:

In the beginning, yes, sometimes

you do have to do that.

211

:

You gotta put in the hours, the reps.

212

:

But at some point, there comes a point

where you have to either cut or delegate.

213

:

And inside of Quantum Leap Launchpad,

we train your brain to prioritize

214

:

only the high impact execution.

215

:

Again, if you haven't read Quantum

Leap Launchpad, 10x is easier than 2x.

216

:

That is like prerequisite

homework that you need to do.

217

:

And we actually go into that much

deeper inside of the program.

218

:

So that you make more money

while actually doing less.

219

:

I know that sounds counterintuitive,

but this is the shift.

220

:

These are the shifts

that you need to make.

221

:

in order to create the quantum leap.

222

:

And if you've ever felt like

things have to be hard to be

223

:

real, that is your subconscious

making struggle your comfort zone.

224

:

And again, inside the program, we

shift that at the root, at the actual

225

:

root, we get it out so that success

starts to feel automatic so that we

226

:

start creating those 10x results.

227

:

Now that we have created a small

rewire in your brain for effortless

228

:

success, there's something even

deeper that we need to tackle.

229

:

Because if you've ever hit a major

milestone, a huge milestone, and then

230

:

you've self sabotaged it, you've slowed

it down, or you've gone back to old

231

:

patterns, that is not an accident.

232

:

It's not a fluke.

233

:

Your subconscious has a set point

for how much success, how much money,

234

:

how much visibility feels safe.

235

:

And unless we change that, unless we

shift that, unless we rewire it, you

236

:

will never sustain that next level

of success that you are shooting for.

237

:

And in the next episode, I'm showing

you exactly how to raise your

238

:

subconscious success threshold.

239

:

Okay, we have a threshold.

240

:

And once you do this, you

no longer shrink back again.

241

:

Okay, because right now, your

brain is wired to chase the

242

:

struggle, but what if we could

rewire it to chase success instead?

243

:

And that is what we're

doing in the next episode.

244

:

I'll catch you there.
